Help in a Crisis

Sometimes in our lives, we all need some help or support.  This may be because we are struggling with our mental health or we know someone who is.  It may be that we are facing financial issues and do not know where to go for help.  It may be that we need support with our physical health.  We have put together a list which will signpost you to different agencies or charities which may be a good starting point.  Please do not forget that you are always welcome to come and talk to us in school.

Pupil Mental Health

Here you can find a summary of the mental health support Barnado's offer. Some support you may be able to access yourself. This is called a self-referral. Other times, a GP, teacher, or social worker will need to request this support for you. If you think you need this help then email the pastoral team or ask the office if you can talk to someone from the pastoral team in school. We are here to help.

We have Kooth sessions in school booked to help Year 6 transition and a school assembly booked with Kooth to give us all tools to live well.
